2009 release combining surveys of different dates. One arc-minute bathymetry,
sampled every two arc-minutes for these regional compositions. Engraved contours
and depth bands use fixed 1,000 m intervals. Source land boundaries are retained.

MAGNETIC

Measured and compiled crustal anomalies upward-continued to 4 km altitude.
Survey dates vary. Copper and blue show signed anomalies, with 40 nT contours.
Missing data remain unpainted. These are not daily maps of the magnetic field.

NIGHTLIGHTS
NASA Earth Observatory / Black Marble 2016 color composite, 3 km global mosaic.

The source combines selected cloud-free observations across 2016. It is not
one night's observation and is not a calibrated radiance product. Wallpapers
preserve natural source colors with modest luminance and detail processing.
